Agar aapne khana khaya hai to khane ke bhi turant baad sone ki koshish na kare. Khana khane aadha ghante kam se kam 1 ghante bad aapko so jana chahiye.agar khana khane ke bad aapko neend aane lagti hai to kam se kam 30 minute ka gape rakhna jaruri hai. agar aapka sharir aaram magta hai to aapko khane ke aadha ghante bad so jana chahiye.

Bahut se log aise bhi hote hain ki unko din me sone se takleef hoti hai aur who sleep bhi nahi kar sakte hain. Yani bahut se logo ke sharir din me sone ka aadi nahi hota hai.
